How this website uses data.

Nitexpo International uses the information you send through the enquiry form to respond to your request. Optional analytics only start if you choose to allow them.

Enquiries

The form asks for your name, company, work email, product category, estimated quantity, target timeline, and enquiry details. We use this information to assess and respond to your sourcing request. Form submissions are processed through Formspree and protected by Google reCAPTCHA. These services are used only to run and protect the enquiry process; they are separate from the optional analytics choice.

Optional analytics

If you allow analytics, we use PostHog and Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to measure visits, countries, referral sources, section engagement, product-image interest, website performance, and enquiry progress. PostHog also provides privacy-masked session replays and heatmaps. We do not send names, email addresses, or enquiry text as analytics events. The entire enquiry form is excluded from PostHog recordings and automatic click capture.

Storage and retention

Your choice is stored in your browser so the website can remember it. PostHog is configured to anonymize IP addresses. Its analytics events are currently retained for up to 12 months and session replays for up to 30 days. PostHog Cloud for this website is hosted in the United States. Nitexpo serves an international audience, including visitors from Canada and Europe.

Your choice

You can decline analytics and continue using the website normally. Use the “Analytics settings” link in the footer at any time to change or withdraw your choice. Declining stops all optional PostHog and Vercel browser analytics. To ask about, access, correct, or delete information connected to an enquiry, email nizam@nitexpo.com.
