What product categories do you support?
Our main categories include jackets, hoodies, polo shirts, T-shirts, other knitwear, bottoms, kidswear, and babywear. We select factories according to the product construction, quantity, quality, and compliance requirements of each order.
Can you support development before bulk production?
Yes. We can support fabric and trim sourcing, costing, prototypes, fit samples, and production specifications before an order moves into bulk.
How do you handle quality control?
Quality is followed during development and bulk production, with final inspection before shipment. The inspection and reporting plan is agreed around the product and buyer requirements.
Do all partner factories hold the same certifications?
No. Standards and certifications vary by factory. We confirm the applicable requirements for each order and only refer to certifications held by the selected production partner.
How do you approach sustainability and traceability?
Requirements vary by product, buyer, and factory. For nominated programmes, Nitexpo can work with selected facilities using Azo-free colour materials and support supplier and material traceability through Fairly Made. Applicable factory standards and documentation are confirmed for each order.
